Make This Swedish Spritz Mocktail

At our Valborg celebration, we debuted a special Swedish Spritz mocktail, and you can make it right at home!
It combines the flavors of freshly squeezed citrus with the Swedish staples of lingonberry and elderflower.
The base recipe is for a mocktail, but you may add spirits if you wish (more recommendations below)
Make it Yourself:
1 oz. Elderflower concentrate
3/4 oz. Lingonberry concentrate
1 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
Pour over ice and top with club soda and a lemon slice for garnish.
With Spirits:
1 oz. Elderflower concentrate or elderflower liqueur (like St. Germaine)
3/4 oz. Lingonberry concentrate
1 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
2 oz. Vodka
Pour over ice and top with Prosecco and a lemon slice for garnish.
