Our 60th Anniversary
Dala Horse, Named "Janders"
To help us celebrate our 60th Anniversary, our friends at Nils Olsson Hemslöjd in Sweden created a special edition Dala Horse named "Janders," which is the nickname for Janet and Anders Björling who opened Swedish Kontur in 1962. The navy blue horse is hand-painted with white, gray and accents of sparkling silver, embodying the colors Janet and Anders chose for the shop.
The horses are 6 inches (15 cm) tall and $60 each.
